PRO Nami Ltd. was established in 2007. Initially it specialised in transactions involving real estate, conducting property valuation solely at a request of the customer. After the crisis had set in, affecting both the country and the industry, the company adjusted its business to the existing situation and turned a new leaf, focusing primarily on the provision of property valuation services.
Today Pro Nami is dealing with the valuation of movable property and real estate, undertaking only a few transactions relating to real estate. As admitted by our staff – we have succeeded in setting up a team of highly professional and goal-driven valuation experts.

All valuation experts of PRO Nami have obtained the LĪVA (Latvian Association of Property Appraisers) certificates. We perform valuation in compliance with Latvian property valuation standard LVS-401.
Though legislation of Latvia does not require it, we have secured ourselves against possible falsification of valuations by printing the valuation ordered at our company on special forms with a hologram embedded in them.
